We are very satisfied with Poolscapes of Charlotte. We did a lot of research before we signed a contract and we know we made the right decision. Poolscapes of Charlotte did a wonderful job with everything. They were very accommodating & our pool is beautiful!
We are saddened that we are moving back to Michigan because we worked so hard on the pool project. This South Carolina home is meant for another family but we sure put together an amazing backyard. Thanks for all your team’s hard work!! We will never forget this awesome project!!
I’ve been dreaming about this for so long. Thank you for making our dreams come true!
It is rare these days to experience a company that truly delivers what is promised. We can honestly say your service- was well above our expectations. For example, when you said ‘We pay attention to detail’, it was not just a sales line. You absolutely fulfilled your promise in every way.
These are some of the things that I would have to say about Poolscapes of Charlotte: * They were there when they said they would be * Whenever I call POC with a question they call me right back * It’s a company with quality- they make sure the customer is happy * They had the pool finished just in time for my husband Bob’s birthday-he had a pool party!
Our overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend Poolscapes of Charlotte to anyone. I would like to thank Poolscapes of Charlotte for making such a beautiful pool- it looks like an oasis in my yard
There are five Poolscapes of Charlotte pools in my neighborhood. I was very pleased with the whole project and the ease of maintenance. It’s beautiful!
I would like to congratulate you on your First Place Award presented by Aqua Magazine, which I recently read about. It doesn’t surprise me, but I still want to let you know that it is very much deserved from what I know of you, your company, and the work you all do.
Not only did you deliver on your word, but the follow up and professionalism of your crew was outstanding.
